With roads expanding, and trails being sold as business property, encouraging a community is very important in today’s society. People need to remember that riding a bike, just to the grocery store, is not only a relaxing exercise, but promotes a cleaner environment, and saves money on gas and car repairs. If you can encourage just 1% of you community to get on a bike and ride, not only would you see a sudden positive change in both health and attitude, but the but the respect you will start to notice on the road and trails, could make impact on the city, which could result in better bicycle lanes and a reconsideration of building over trails.
We challenge you to promote our ideas to all of your neighbors and co-workers alike. Doing so could possibly change their thoughts, and you never know, we may end up seeing more bike racks popping up around town.
So, do something for your community. And when you see a fellow rider, Wave Hi Cyclist! |
