Recycle Your Life...
On April 17, the Katie Caples Foundation will host the 6th Annual "Katie Ride For Life" sponsored by the Mayo Clinic Transplant Center.  With its start on Amelia Island, the popular event raises funds to increase awareness of the importance of organ and tissue donation, and encourage Floridians to make a positive decision about donation.  The one-day bicycle ride and walk will feature a 100-mile and 100 km route for avid cyclists, and a choice of a 60 km or 30 km ride for recreational enthusiasts of all ages. The ride will include Amelia, Big Talbot, Little Talbot and Fort George Islands, and a 5 k and 10 k walk which will loop through Fort Clinch State Park.
