What is this?
We have a very special speaker for our January Club Meeting. He is Dale Allen, President of the Florida Greenways and Trails Foundation. The FGT Foundation is Florida’s leading advocacy organization for a statewide system of connected off-road and shared use paved trails. On behalf of the Foundation, Mr. Allen spearheaded a campaign to "Close the Gaps" among existing trail segments in central Florida, and secured a multi- million commitment from the Florida Legislature and the Florida Department of Transportation to construct the "Coast-to-Coast Connector", a unique project that would link the Atlantic Ocean at the Canaveral National Seashore to St. Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico via a non-motorized trail.
Mark your calendar! You don't want to miss this one!
There will be: Interesting Topics, Club News, Lively Conversation, Good Food & Beverages, Fun & Laughter and Door Prizes!
Brian Reyes has a few jerseys to sell as well as other Club swag. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
Come at 6:30 PM and enjoy dinner with your cycling friends. In addition to the Mudville Grille's usual menu, there will be some specials available.
