Join Ride 2 Recovery to honor our nation's healing heroes at the third annual Honor Ride Florida. A brand new start/finish at Tropicana Field with three exciting routes make this ride feel new!!  Start your morning with fresh coffee and bagels, and top it off with fully supported rest stops and plenty of SAG vehicles along the way. Finish with a festival-like atmosphere that includes lunch and music.

The Honor Ride raises awareness and helps fund Ride 2 Recovery. The NFBC Travel Team will ride with healing heroes and enlisted military on a non-competitive, fun ride. All funds raised through the Honor Ride Series support Project Hero programs throughout the US.

Ride 2 Recovery’s Project HERO (Healing Exercise Rehabilitation Opportunity) provides training and supports cycling programs at military hospitals and VA locations to help Healing Heroes overcome obstacles they face. Project HERO has proven the effectiveness of group riding in the rehabilitation of injured servicemen and women. Cycling is an important part of the recovery and rehabilitation program.

There is still plenty of time to register for this ride! Registration Fee: $45 – thru 3/20/15  and $50 – Day of event.

This ride counts for NFBC Mileage and Points. Please remember to email NFBC Travel Team Captain Jim Ingham at nfbctravelteam@nfbc.us if you are planning to attend this ride.
