The Spacecoast Freewheelers are proud to sponsor the Annual Intracoastal Waterway Century, the most scenic ride in Florida.  Riders will pass by the Kennedy Space Center, rest at our SAG stop located at the American Police Hall of Fame & Museum, and ride quiet tree lined roads along the Indian River and the historic River Road (old 2-lane US-1) lined with turn-of-century estates along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway.  This is a fully supported ride that includes fully stocked SAG stops, roving SAG support, mechanical support, light breakfast and pizza dinner after the ride.

This event takes place the last Sunday of October of every year. We offer full (102 mile) and metric (65 mile) century rides.  Again this year we will offer scenic rides along the Indian River of 28 and 14 miles for those looking for a shorter and relaxing ride. The 14 mile ride is perfect for inexperienced riders and other family members as it will be escorted by a ride leader at a controlled pace.

And for those not riding, there are many activities happening the last weekend of October. Bring your loved ones and visit Coca Village for a memorable afternoon where you can walk historic streets and avenues. Stroll along the Indian River walkway, explore antique stores housed in historic buildings, eat an old fashioned ice cream cone, or rest a spell with a cup of coffee in a Victorian style coffee house.
